Artist’s Profile
From the first time my grandmother let me pick up her Kodak Instamatic 126 camera, I fell in love with photography. In 1980 I purchased my first 35mm camera with money saved from my paper route. I then began photographing Mt. St. Helens and nature. I became a photojournalist in 1985. Over the years I have done many types of photography, but the genres that I am most passionate about are scenic and wildlife. I have always been the most at home in the beauty of the outdoors. After several life-changing events, I decided it was time to get back outside in the great Pacific Northwest and started shooting more photos for myself. I love to share my adventures and artwork with others.
